Product Description:

1.From printing manufacturing date → cutting → primary sealing → bag feeding → weighing → filling → secondary sealing → complete, the programmable logic control (PLC) system controls it all for effective improvement of packaging efficiency and quality.

2.Automatic detection is provided for malfunction indication. The point of problem, in addition to troubleshooting, is automatically shown on human-machine interface.

3.Pneumatic system is used for safe operation and easy maintenance.

4.Sealing and cutting positions are closely controlled by automatic sensors for precision bag printing.

5.Advanced weighing display is combined with accurate load-cell type weighing system for faster packaging speed and higher accuracy.

6.Depending on weight of product package, multiple settings can be saved in memory. Users are allowed to set their own upper and lower limits. The machine provides display of accumulated weights and number of bags packed for easy operations.

7.Fully automatic packaging allows saving in labor costs. The machine is available for integration in fully automatic production lines.

8. Vacuum packaging function is available on demand, and in capable of being integrated with automatic flexible bag vacuum uncoiler and straightener.
