That they are in Possession of FULL POP Documents and also the FULL POP
Documents that has been lodged with them including the Tank
Receipt Dip Test Authorization/SGS that is available in the tank and all this POP
Documents will be Release To Buyer Bank on receipt of Buyer MT103/23
